Q: How can I get a sample from you?
A: After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc...Existed mold samples can be provided free of charge, but courier freight needs to be covered by you.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 70% deposit before production and 30% balance after goods are finished and before shipment.
The most common way to pay us is by T/T, Paypal, West Union are also acceptable.
Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
Q: How the goods are delivered to me?
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don't have a shipping forwarder, we'll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.
We can also do DDP (door to door service), then you only need to wait for goods arriving at home.
