4.Packing & Shipping
1. Check and count quantity one by one, to make sure each box you get is perfect.
2. Wrap 10pcs by protective film. It helps the goods is tidy during transportation.
3. Each carton materials is K=K corrugated, the weight won't exceed 20kgs
4. Add sticker on each carton, showing the quantity on each carton, product size
5. Pack cartons with wooden/plastic pallets if need.

Q1: How long can I get a quotation for plastic boxes?
A: Within 12 hours after we confirmed requirements. If urgently, please call us anytime.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 10pcs, if need sample to check quality, 1pcs is acceptable.
Q3: How can I get sample to check quality?
A: After product's details are confirmed, we will delivery sample within 3 days after sample cost paid.
Q4: Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A: We welcome OEM/ODM. The new molds will be opened according to design drawing, size and material.
Q5: What about the lead time for mass order?
A: For plastic boxes on stock, delivery time is 3-5 days. For new molds, production time is 10-15 workdays.
Q6: How you pack goods?
A: Generally speaking, we pack goods with foam & carton. Also can do package according to client's needs.
Q7: What is your term of payment?
A: We accept T/T, PayPal, West union, L/C and Alibaba trade assurance. And 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance should be paid before shipment.
