1.What is your payment terms?
We accept Paypal,T/T,West Union and Alipay.It is also acceptable to pay online.
For the payment,you can pay 40% payment before the production and pay 60% balance before we deliver the boxes.
2.Do you offer samples before production?
Yes,we can offer free sample in stock but the shipping fee need to be paid by buyer.
And free customized sample is also considerable when the quantity is large.
3.Can we place an order with a lower quantity than MoQ?
Yes,but you need to consider unit price of lower quantity than MoQ will have a higher unit price.
4.Do you have a promotional activity?
Yes,we do.
We will have a promotional activity every month.
At this activity,you can get cheaper prices than normally but need to accept our size.
5.What is your production time?
For samples,we can finish them in one week.
For bulk order,normally we can finish them about 2 weeks.
Shipping time depends on different areas.

For samples,we send them by DHL,UPS,Fedex or some other cheap and fast express way.
For Bulk order,we usually deliver them by sea in consider of the shipping cost.But sometimes,if the cargos are too urgent,we can help to deliver by air.
