PET material is an environmentally friendly material. The transparency is relatively higher than that of PVC. It is flammable and the cost is relatively higher than that of PVC.
PVC material is not environmentally friendly, but it is incombustible. It can be used for hot-press blister packaging. The cost is relatively low. It is usually used in the factory for internal turnover or for packaging in the hardware industry.
PETG combines the advantages of PET and PVC. It has both environmentally friendly PET and non-flammable properties of PVC. It is generally used for custom-made high-quality or transparent blister packaging exported to Europe and the United States. It is also the most expensive in three materials.
