7. FAQ

1. Q: How can I pay you?

A: Normally 70% as deposit before production, and 30% balance before shipping.

The most common way to pay us is via T/T. Paypal, West Union, etc. are also acceptable.

2. Q: Is it possible for me to check quality before shipment?

A: Of course, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask somebody, and third party to check the quality in our factory before delivery.

3. Q: How the goods are delivered to me?

A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.

For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don't have a shipping forwarder, we'll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.

We can also do DDP (door to door service), then you only need to wait for goods arriving at home.
